Shameless plug alert - but too good not to share.
Check this out - buy it if you would like :-) Russ (my little brother) is a talented recorder (or whatever you call it) and acapella singer (along with his friends).
Listen to a preview here
This is a little side project they have been doing.

Two Month Stats
Here are the stats from Bear's 2 month appointment:
Height: 23.5 inches 67 percentile
Weight: 12 lbs 3 oz 57 percentile
Head: 47 percentile
A look back at his 2 week stats
Height: 22 inches 90 percentile
Weight: 9 lbs 9 oz 74 percentile
Head: 56 percentile
Looks like he went from being on the tall and bigger end of the baby spectrum to being pretty much average. The good news is, the little guy is growing and developing more and more every day.

Nike Training Center App and Taking Care of Me
Some of you already know this from my Facebook page but since this is my online diary, I figured I could write about it here and maybe gush about it a bit.
I am absolutely smitten with the Nike Training Center app for my new iphone (that I just got last Friday). The app is free. Free! And it is literally like having my own personal trainer. The best part? Me, a total gym-a-holic who loves to go to the gym and totally didn't believe in at-home workouts tried an at-home workout that pretty much kicks my ass.
You are supposed to have a medicine ball and weights to complete the workout but all I have is two 6.6lb weights so I use just one when I am supposed to use a medicine ball. I will get the full equipment one of these days but my method works just fine for now.
I updated my iphone with my workout music which I play at the same time I am training with NTC app and because I run my music thru the app, the music just gets a bit more quiet when the trainer needs to tell me what to do.
There are different exercises and if you dont know what they are, the app has video and written explanations for what you need to do. How easy is that?
I am seriously sore and sweating at the end. And I do it in my living room!!!
And 6 lb weights are plenty for my purposes right now.
I am currently focusing on getting lean so it is all about low weights and high reps.
Check back with me in a few months, I will likely be leaner and probably moving on to heavier weights to get seriously toned.
Who needs a gym and expensive equipment when you have the NTC app.
Do it. It will kick your ass too!
