Kaboom!On a personal note, I have signed up for ADAPT bootcamp starting October 8 and going until November 2. It goes 5 days per week from 7pm-8pm and I am so stoked to get my butt back into shape! Hurray for Bootcamp! I will keep you updated. Maybe I can get a sixpack by then to make my Heidi jealous...?? Probably not! But heres to hoping!
